Tonight, Garrard County Schools had the pleasure of recognizing Mrs. Regina Meadows as the 2024 Fran Award Winner. The Fran Award highlights staff members who look for ways to make a difference each day at their school. Numerous staff members are nominated each year by their peers because they go above and beyond to meet the needs of their students. This year, GCS would like to congratulate Mrs. Regina Meadows on being named our 2024 Fran Award Winner! We thank you, Mrs. Regina , for your continued dedication and support to our GCS students!
