Our Garrard County High School Chess Club and TATU members joined forces to pack fifteen Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes bringing smiles to children in need, and kicking off the National Collection Week (11/13-11/20). It is amazing to see our students and staff making a difference!

Motivation Monday is in full swing, and the students at Camp Dick Robinson are on a mission to inspire gratitude this month! Check out their collaborative 'Gratitude Gobble' project, where each student adds a feather, sharing who they are thankful for. 🦃 #motivationmonday

Honoring our Veterans at Paint Lick Elementary! Mrs. Erin Schneider (PLE School Nurse) and her husband Geoffrey, both Navy veterans, shared insights on the significance of Veterans Day with our Paint Lick Elementary students, while also sharing stories of their active service. We're grateful for their service and for enriching our students' understanding!
Honoring Veterans at GCHS! Garrard Alum, First Sergeant. Chris Steffen, shared his journey in the military with our Garrard County High School student body. Students listened as he reflected on the pivotal moments that led him to serve and the impact it has had on his life. Honoring our heroes at the Garrard Middle School Veterans Day Program!🇺🇸👏 This year, our GMS Student Council teamed up with GCHS Student Council and the JROTC program to create a program to honor our veterans. Our outstanding GMS Band and Choir also provided great performances. Before the ceremony, our talented Culinary classes from both GMS and GCHS prepared a delicious breakfast for our guests. A wonderful morning of gratitude and respect for those who have served and continue to serve our nation!
Our Camp Dick Robinson 3rd Graders and our Garrard County High School JAG students have been writing each other letters for the past few months. Today, our Pen Pals got to meet one another! Our JAG students led an activity with their 3rd Grade friends, making cards for our local Veterans! Check out these smiles!
Honoring our local heroes at Lancaster Elementary! This morning, LES hosted a Veterans Day breakfast to honor and thank our Veterans for their service to our country. Before the breakfast, a few of our fifth graders spoke about the significance of Veterans Day, sharing their gratitude and understanding for our brave servicemen and women.
