Today we wore YELLOW to help our Kindergarten friends learn their colors!!! Tomorrow we are wearing green!! This one should be easy since it's one of our school colors.

Fostering Hope - An Evening of Magic & Music will be held at the Lancaster Grand Theater on August 23rd. We are inviting all GC students, staff, and families to attend the event free of charge! This will be an amazing night featuring nationally recognized magician Jack Kelly, inspiring stories of hope, and live family-friendly music. August 23rd is also the grand re-opening of the Grand Theater after several years of closure. There will be a ribbon cutting with the GC Chamber of Commerce before our event and this is just a wonderful night for the community and educators to support the arts as well as a great cause! Wyatt overheard a friend from his class, who has special needs, mention that he wished there were cars for indoor recess.

Mrs. Trimble reported that Shilo found money on the playground and gave it to the teacher. What a responsible thing for a young man to do!! He could have put that money in his pocket but he knew it wasn't his. Leo caught Shilo being AWESOME!!!
