Spreading holiday cheer!🎄Garrard County High School and Garrard Middle School JAG students brightened the day at Landmark Rehabilitation and Nursing Center by delivering student-made Christmas Cards and a variety of donated fruits to the eighty-seven residents to enjoy. JAG students used their leadership skills to organize the Holiday Fruit Drive and collect the items before visiting Landmark!
A full night of art and music!🎹🎨🎵Our Garrard Middle School 7th Grade Band, Garrard County High School Concert Band, and our Jazz Band took the stage, delivering an outstanding performance that truly showcased their talent. Garrard County Schools also showcased our amazingly talented art students.

GEAR UP students visited the University of Pikeville, Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine and Kentucky College of Optometry. Students enjoyed a main campus and medical facilities tour. They also heard from admissions representatives about tuition, campus life and the Optometry/Osteopathic Medicine Scholars Programs.

Tomorrow is the day! Plan to attend our K-12 District Math Night, hosted at Garrard Middle School from 5PM-6:30PM on Wednesday, December 6th!
Parents can attend valuable sessions, such as: Math Chatter that Matters, Math Fluency, Promoting Math Thinking, and more! While students can participate in Math Relay, Play-doh Pizza Fractions and Tower Building with Addition!

Exciting News! Garrard County High School has been awarded a MAC Grant from McDonald’s Owner/Operators of Greater Louisville, Lexington, and Southern Indiana. Garrard County High School, with its collaborative coffee shop project, will use this $750 grant to foster an inclusive learning experience for students in Mrs. Garner's business education classes and GCHS' Multiple Severe Disability classroom. This grant is set to make a meaningful impact on students and our GCHS community. Thank you, MAC Grant Program!👏
