Garrard County High School recently hosted their Ghost Out Program. A guest, dressed as the Grim Reaper, stalked the hallways of the Garrard County High School and selected fourteen “victims”. These “victims” represented the average number of people killed in alcohol or drug-related crashes during the school day and were declared “deceased”. A memorial service was conducted for the fourteen “victims” during the afternoon assembly, with the students of GCHS in attendance.
